What does it Take to Buy a Home in Bonney Lake??

It can be so hard just knowing where to start. Do you save all the money first? When do I talk to a lender? What about my credit score? Can I even buy a home? So many questions.

I'm not going to lie to you. It Can be Hard. But life is hard ....so let's just go for it.

The next step is for you to speak to a lender. I know of many Great lenders in the Bonney Lake area. It is important to use a local lender for your home purchase. Online lenders are OK but they just don't respond to the market as fast as we need them to. Shop local and you will be much happier.

Don't be afraid to shop for the best lender and loan for you. Many lenders specialize in different areas. Some will help with credit repair others will work the jumbo loan market.

Most will have competitive rates - it kinda gets down to the fees they charge. And every type of loan could be a different type of fee structure. So make sure you comparing Apples to Apples.
